troy_129I’ve been working with The Miller Team for over five years now. I’ve had my license for three of the five years, but don’t actively engage in real estate transactions. I just wanted it for the education. After all, I am working for a real estate office.

I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 8 years. I started out at Winn-Dixie as a “bag-boy” and worked my way up from there. On January 24th, 2004, I ran across an ad in the News Herald and was hired to work for Realty Executives of Panama City. That’s were I met The Miller Team. From thereon out I knew this was where I wanted to be.

I’ve lived in Panama City Beach for almost half my life. I moved here in 1996 and thoroughly enjoy myself. There’s so much to do here from fishing, camping, and canoeing, to shopping, the beach, and clubs. If you think about it, Panama City Beach really has it all.

Ok, I think I’m weird, but here we go. I’m a huge “green” person. I believe in wildlife conservation, renewable energy and just living green. The reason I think I’m weird is because I was born in Long Beach, California and grew up in LA. Yeah, I know. That’s one of the most polluted places on the earth. However, while I lived there, I always went and visited my grandpa and grandma, who lived in Sacramento. They had an acre and lived near a couple of lakes. In fact, he even had a 30 foot house boat on one of the lakes. So, about 5 times a year, we would always be either playing in the woods or out on the lake. I think that’s why I appreciate nature so much. Right now, I live on two-and-a-half acres in Southport, FL. It’s about 45 minutes north of Panama City Beach. I love driving to work. I get to ride through the planted pine forest of Hwy 388 every day. My other hobbies include building websites, raising my five dogs and working on landscaping my two acres. My goal in life is to save up enough money to buy 100 acres.
